Question ID: 425284
On the subject of immigrating to Canada:

Would having a grandfather and great-grandfather who were prominent
Canadian businessmen add any points to the possibility of an American
seeking Canadian citizenship? My mother was a US citizen, born in
Toronto but moved
to US after her Canadian father died in 1917.
Just checking.
