I want to purchase a device or machine that can automatically loads a bunch of beer cans and put a six-pack plastic rings around them. It could be a manual device that helps me do it quickly or it can me a small mobile device that I can carry around. |

Depending on volume required there may be a simple solution. The plastic holders seem to be a heat shrink type product, probably available by the roll- cut off one at a time and just pop onto the cans, followed by a blast of hot air, from a hair dryer, or comercialy available heat gun |
