Hello lavanya,
I have found Masters degree courses in Computer Science at the San
Jose State University http://www.sjsu.edu/index.html
and University of California Santa Cruz
http://www.ucsc.edu/public/Default.asp
The requirements are very similar:
1. San Jose State University http://www.sjsu.edu/index.html
Many of our graduate programs require that applicants take the
standardized tests before they may be admitted to the program. The
three standardized tests that the University uses are the Graduate
Records Examination (GRE), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
and the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Computer Science: General test score required if undergraduate degree
is not from an accredited U.S. university.
The TOEFL exam is required for all students who graduated from an
institution outside of the U.S where the primary language of
instruction was not English. The exam results may not be older than
two years. We require a test score of 550 or higher (paper-based) or
213 (computer-based)
... If your university taught in English, you
are not required to submit a TOEFL test score, but we will require a
statement from your university stating that the medium of instruction
was English.
For several countries including India, proof of degree qualifications:
Students applying from these countries should have their records sent
directly from the issuing institution or have documents that are
certified as true copies of original documents by the appropriate
school or government agency. English translations should be done by
the school or government official and certified as a true translation.
A TOEFL score is required. For students applying from India, we need
the marksheet(s) from the university and the degree certificate(s). We
do not accept college transcripts. A TOEFL score is required.
In addition to the items mentioned above, you will also need to
provide a copy of your current visa. If you have an H-4 visa, we would
also need a copy of your dependent H-1 visa. If you are a legal
immigrant, you will need to provide a copy of your green card.
The information is from the following pages on the web site:

Application forms: http://www.sjsu.edu/gradstudies/how_to_apply.htm
MS Computer Science: http://www.mathcs.sjsu.edu/mscs/
We encourage applicants holding a recent bachelor's degree in
computer science from an ABET accredited program, or substantial
experience in computer science and a competitive score on the GRE CS
Subject Test , to apply to the MSCS program. We will consider
applications by other students if there is space available in the
program.
If your undergraduate degree was from a university outside the United
States: Either an unofficial copy of your TOEFL score (should be at
least 550), or a letter from your undergraduate institution stating
that English is the medium of instruction for all course work. If you
took TOEFL, you also need to ask the Educational Testing Service to
send an official test score to the university.
If your undergraduate degree was from a university outside the United
States: An unofficial copy of your GRE general test score. You also
need to ask the Educational Testing Service to send an official test
score to the Computer Science department.
If you do not fulfill all requirements for admission, and there is
sufficient space in the program, we may offer you conditional
admission. If you are conditionally admitted, you will be expected to
complete course work and/or pass tests, as directed by the graduate
coordinator.
If we cannot offer you full or conditional admission, you may still
take courses through the Open University program at San Jose State.
Open University is a program which allows students who have not been
formally admitted to the University to take regular curriculum classes
on a space-available basis. Open University details at:

2. University of California Santa Cruz

The Computer Science Department at UCSC offers both a master's
program and a doctoral program. The goal is to help students develop
into independent scholars who are prepared for productive careers in
research and teaching. The master's degree may be used as a terminal
degree or as the first step toward the Ph.D. degree.
Most of our programs require the Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
and the advanced subject tests. Please refer to individual program
brochures or the Graduate Study application for specific admissions
requirements.

All of our graduate programs require official transcripts of all
college or university course work completed. Official transcripts are
defined as original documents issued by the institution which bear the
actual not a photocopy signature of the Registrar and the seal of
the issuing institution.
All official academic records must be issued in the original language
and accompanied by English translations prepared by the issuing
institution. Records should show the dates of enrollment; the subjects
or courses taken, together with the units of credit or time allotted
to each subject each term or year; marks or ratings in each subject
and, if rank is determined, rank in the total class or group. In all
cases, the institutional grading scale or other standard of
evaluation, including maximal passing and failing marks and definition
of grades between them, should appear on official records or as an
official attachment.

Applicants from countries where English is not the primary language
must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). A minimum
score on the paper-based TOEFL of 550, 220 on the computer-based test,
is required for admission. Chemistry and biochemistry, computer
engineering, and computer science requires 570 on the paper-based
test, and 230 on the computer-based test. GRE General Test required;
GRE Computer Science or subject test in major strongly recommended
