this is a three part questiong involving VO2max.  When predicting
VO2max, why is it important to have heart rate reach a
steady state? please be specific with your answer.  Also,   when
predicting VO2max, why is it important for heart rate to be above 120
beats per minute? Also, typically why do bicycle ergometry tests
result in a 5%-10% less predicted oxygen consumption (VO2max)as
compared to treadmill tests? please provide sources of information for
these answers. also if possible please ensure sources provided have
trustworthy info thanks so much.
