I am having spatial orientation problems. I have had tests performed
which showed Persistent Downbeat Nystagmus. left side. Also had MRI which
showed inflammation in the semi-circular canal, left side. I tried physical
therapy for, I believe it's called vestibuloccular. Nothing seems to
be helping. I feel like when I get into an open space such as a
street, only smooth surfaces, that I am being pushed from behind by
someone and that I am going to fall. Seem to drift to the right when
in an open space with borders. Walking across a field or rough surface, I'm fine

What is your question here? This seems like a list of symptoms, but
no clear question...

Joshtbw, I think that edie5 is looking for something that will help the condition.
