I am looking for some kind of software (windows of linux) that will let me draw simple shapes (lines, rects, ellipses) and the program will output the geometry of that shape, i.e., if i draw a rectangle, it would output the starting point (x and y of top left corner) and the width and height. Basically I'm looking for a cousin of the windows Paint program that outputs the geometrical bounds of the shapes that are created. I need this to create a Java paint() method, so anything that outputs in Java would be preferable but not necessary. |
