Hi,

I am looking for a 'turn-key' blog + online petition.  That is, I
would like (preferably free ala blogger) blog software that has the
capability/features of an online petition built-in seamlessly.

This is b/c I want my blog to be based around my petition and do want
to send potential viewers elsewhere. i.e. my blog links to a online
petition set up at another site

Would also like the blog to have the ability to post in two languages
simultaneously e.g. (http://www.thedissidentfrogman.com/)
