Anyone know how to remove the instantbuzz.com toolbar from IE Explorer 6.0?

This free download displays ads all the time, but it pops up and
redirects all the first start ups of internet explorer to their first
popup ad.

The way I ccess broadband means I need my first sceen to be the login
connection screen, and this instantbuzz.com just keeps bypassing that.

I've tried runing adware, spybot search and destroy, the toolbar
options in internet explorer, looking through add/remove programmes,
still no joy. Their site, instantbuzz.com does not provude any advice
either.

Please help - this is driving me crazy.

This is very new.... I found this online. More info to come if I can find any.

"I have to give Mike Chen credit, the guy is very creative. Mike, if
you've not heard of him, is the creator of the Make Your Own Software
product. He's came up with a really innovative way to sell this
product via his new InstantBuzz website. Here's the deal, you get his
new InstantBuzz toolbar and when you first logon, you're provided with
a one-time, never to be repeated offer. He's actually put together a
very, irresistable offer, but to get it, you have to buy his Make Your
Own Software product.

But here's what I really think is the creative part of this offer...

It is the InstantBuzz toolbar itself! What Mike has done is
incorporated the old start page type of program into a toolbar. The
way these work is your advertising is displayed based upon a ratio of
how many ads you've viewed yourself and upon how many folks you've got
to install the toolbar. A proven viral marketing concept. Richard
Privorotsky came out with a little toolbar maker several months ago
and he'd talked about building such a product, but I've not seen it
come out. Mike apparently beat him to the punch.

It'll be interesting to see how this program works. It doesn't
officially launch until November 3rd, so you won't be seeing any email
based signup links. If you want to see how this program works, send me
a QMTP and let me know what email address you'd like an invitation
sent to.... sorry email is still required for some things.

This little toolbar only works in IE, but so far seems to be
relatively unobtrusive and safe. Even though I'm not a fan of IE, I
still have to use it occassionally and who knows, I might see an ad
for something I really want to see or learn about. Maybe Quikonnex? "

Dear Jim,

Do you want to uninstall IB then follow the below mentioned steps
other wise please tell me exactly if you want any other information.

Just uninstall it the usual way, through the Control Panel on your computer.

If you don't know how to uninstall a program, here's how:

Click on the Start button (located bottom left).
Click on "Control Panel"
Click on "Add or Remove Programs"

You will find a list of programs on your computer - just scroll down
until you find Instant Buzz then click on it and click "Remove".

You can do this with any program you don't want. This removes it
completely from your computer.

If there's anything else you need, please don't hesitate to let us know!
