Most of Marvin Gaye's songs (music & lyrics) are owned by his estate
which consists of his children, Nona Gaye, Marvin Gaye III, and
Frankie Gaye.

A database search at the American Society of Composers, Authors &
Publishers confirms that the vast majority of Gaye's songs are owned
by his three children.

the owners of the song are listed as FCG MUSIC (presumably Frankie

seem to be available.  The best approach would be to get in touch with
