Here is the link from the Ohio Secretary of State page:

The registered agent is United States National, Etc.
                              425 Walnut Street
                              Cinncinati, Ohio 45202

Sorry for the brief answer, but if I don't quickly post, someone will
lock the question again and I will not be able to give you your
answer, which I got very quickly :)

Hope this helps,

Yes, Rebekah, I had the answer very quickly, too, and it's a good
thing I refreshed the page before I posted the answer or I wouldn't
have seen your comment.

Gonzo:

The trick here is that this information is generally on the secretary
of state's webpage. These are called 'resident agents' for search
purposes (I have to make a mental note of this myself, because I
almost without fail say 'registered agent.' It just seems logical.)

There's a webpage at http://www.residentagentinfo.com/ that lists the
webpages to look up resident agents for each state. Most are available
online, and all but New Jersey offer the information for free.

Good luck, Gonzo.

Rebekah etal.-

I clicked on yr link and it shows the answer that you reported in yr
comment. However it does not show who the company is reg agt for. I
tried to do a search on the Ohio SoS site for US Bank NA and got
nothing. It is my understanding that federally chartered banks do not
have to register with state SoS's. I DO NOT want the res. agt for US
Bancorp the parent co. of US Bank NA.

Thx for help can you further clarify?

Apologies to all:

I went back and played with Ohio SoS site search and was able to get
the same info as Rebekah's response with the search of US Bank.
Althouh the listing does not identify it as US Bank, NA, I think this
must be the same entity.

Thanks and kudos to all for help.

Jim
