Are you sure about the name Latitude Timber? (I'm assuming it is a
Malaysian based company). There is no company by that name in their
Companies Registration database. There are similar names, but not this
one.

Hello,

it might be a similar name.  The company was registered in Madagascar
in April 2004 as Latitude Tree

Are you absolutely sure that there is a relationship between the 2
companies or are you only speculating/guessing about this?  There is a
company called LATITUDE TREE HOLDINGS which might be the company you
are referring to, but it is another large company in Malaysia that
might not necessarily be connected to Ho Hup.

I'm sure that there is a relationship between Ho Hup and Latitude
(which might be called Latitude Tree Holdings) and I'd like to know
how the two are connected.
