no one is benefitted. in fact the gov is trying to alleviate unemplyment.it is a serious prob in india |

It is generally believed that there is a relationship between Inflation and the level of Unemployment. Something observed by a guy called Phillips, hence the 'Phillips Curve' Personally I am inclined to believe that the relationship exists, and that there is some causality. In which case, sadly, the answer is that everyone can benefit from some unemployment. |

People directly benefitted by Unemployment are 1) NGOs working for "poverty alleviation" (since most of the unemployed are generally poort, and in developing countries) 2) Economists - this is possibly the best vocation to have, as whatever happens you can ALWAYS say you are either researching it or propound a theory for it, while getting paid for it! 3) In the Context of Developing countries, the politicos |
