Who benefits most from unemployment?  Do government organizations
benefit, or do other private enterprises benefit.  Which ones do the
most?

no one is benefitted. in fact the gov is trying to alleviate
unemplyment.it is a serious prob in india

It is generally believed that there is a relationship between
Inflation and the level of Unemployment.

Something observed by a guy called Phillips, hence the 'Phillips Curve'

Personally I am inclined to believe that the relationship exists, and
that there is some causality.

In which case, sadly, the answer is that everyone can benefit from
some unemployment.

People directly benefitted by Unemployment are

1) NGOs working for "poverty alleviation" (since most of the
unemployed are generally poort, and in developing countries)

2) Economists - this is possibly the best vocation to have, as
whatever happens you can ALWAYS say you are either researching it or
propound a theory for it, while getting paid for it!

3) In the Context of Developing countries, the politicos
