I operate an ezine and today I received a newsletter with the story of
the Vioxx class action suit and a link to sign up to have a case
evaluated by an attorney.  The link had an indentifing code.  I
believe the information would be helpful to my subscribers but I would
like to find a nationwide firm that will give me a referral fee which
is usually a percentage of the case settlement for each client that
the newsletter link sends them and they win.

I would create a webpage where they would go and fill out a form then
I could send the results to the firm and they could contact the
people.  Since my newsletter has nationwide and much international
distribution, I would need a lawfirm or entity able to handle the
entier U.S. and preferably international cases.

I understand that most legal firms will pay a referal fee but what I
need is the best overall firm.  One that has a superb record for the
client with plenty of experience in this area and that honestly pays
an excellent referal fee.

One issue i think you might run into is state rules allowing referral
fees only to other attorneys.  You might want to check that issue
first, which probably varies by state.
