I would like to create a direct mail marketing campaign and use an
online business which can print postcards, address, frank, and mail
them to my potential customers once a week in the U.S.  Each week's
mailing would go out to 20 - 80 different addresses.

Specifications of business:
(1) Ability to send out postcard-sized mailings (4" x 6").  One-sided
design full color, backside would have customer mailing address and
return address and does not need to be in full color.
(2) Allows me to upload the artwork for the campaign.  I have the
ability to supply the artwork in a variety of format: PDF, Photoshop
PSD, TIFF, JPG, etc...
(3) Ability to upload the potential customer list as a CSV file.

Print volume:
I would have the mailings sent out once a week and have an approximate
total of 150 - 300 addresses a month.  Because of this small volume,
and the fact that I have new potential leads each week, I cannot do a
one-time direct mailing campaign of 1000+ postcards.

Cost of printing and mailing my own campaign:
If I were to do my own direct mailing campaign and use my own
equipment, I would pay the current postcard mailing rate ($0.37/each),
plus the cost of the postcard stock paper (~$0.05), plus the cost of
one-sided color printing (~$0.02), plus the cost of each label
(~$0.01), plus the cost of my time to affix the labels and stamps, and
drop them off at the post office.  This easily costs me
$0.50+/postcard.

Research that I have already done:
While performing my own research, I found a company called NetPost
Mailing Online through the USPS.com website.  After registering for an
account with them, I found that it may be the exact type of business
that I am looking for.  I really like how simple it is to create a
direct mailing campaign.  Plus, when I uploaded a CSV list of
potential customers to test it, several of the addresses (20%) would
qualify for a presorted, bulk rate, which can save approx $0.02 each.

Question:
Can you please list other one-stop shop businesses, which can do what
NetPost Mailing Online can do?  Any business solution which could
offer me a cost savings of everything (printing, addressing, franking,
and mailing) would be wonderful, especially if were convenient and
would save me time.
