Recently when I click on a link inside an email (Hotmail) it won't work. This was never the case before and I haven't made any changes. I've tried old and new emails from various senders. How do I fix? |

Thanks for the comments. I downloaded and restarted, but no luck. Nothing happens when I click on a link. Note: When I click on an email address (in an email) it takes me to a "new message" screen as it's supposed to. Also clicking hotlinks in websites works just fine. Any other ideas? |

Also, when I click on the properties of a link I get this message "Unknown Protocol" - does this mean anything? |

I write a weekly newsletter. Let me tell you this: Something is up with Hotmail and Outlook 2003 BTW this just started happening... I send my newsletter with normal html links <a href=http://www.searchengine-expert.com') When the email is recieved in Hotmail or Outlook 2003 MY LINK GETS CHANGED! To... <a href="javascript:ol('http://www.searchengine-expert.com');"> Im not sure why this is, but now I can't send my newsletter! I have been trying to research this issue all afternoon. It seams like something that hotmail just started doing in November of 2004. Please verify that your link looks like this... anyone with more information please reply! |
