what is a runtime library routine error as in the error message Microsoft visual c+++ runtime Library routine error c:\programfiles\internetexplorer\iexplore.exe and how do I fix it? It seems to slow IE and when it occurs, forces a closure of active window. I am running Windows xp home, HP pavillion 1.86 ghz, 448 mgs ram, svc pack 4 downloaded. | |

Windows XP has only Service Pack 1 and 2 (recently released). |
