Hi joellyn!!

Thank you for asking to Google Answers.

The best (and probably the only one) place to order the quick restore
cd's for a compaq presario 5320us is the HP/Compaq website:
Go to the "Software & Driver downloads Compaq Presario 5320US Desktop PC" page:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?product=93212&cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&dest_page=softwareCategory&tool=softwareCategory&os=228

Here search for the "XP Home Edition Presario Desktop System Recovery
CD-ROM (Quick Restore)" link under 'CD-ROM order page' section to go
to the online ordering page for this product:
https://warp2.external.hp.com/driver/dr_country_select.asp?Product=257183-002&lang=en&cc=us

Now follow the instructions to order the CDs, you will need the serial
number of your compaq presario 5320us desktop computer to complete the
order. You canfind it in a sticker at the back or the bottom of your
computer or go into the BIOS, for Compaq that is pressing F1 or F10 at
bootup, in there you should find all info that you need, unless a
previous owner has deleted it.

I hope that this helps you. Feel free to use the clarification feature

I have an APO AE mailing address which is a valid U.S. mailing
address. COPMAQ will not ship to APO addresses. APO and FPO
addresses are for military and DoD civilians that work in an area that
is outside the U.S.

Hi!!

I think that you could use the phone order procedure, just visit the
following page and select the country where you are living:
http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/CLC?h_product=top&h_lang=en&h_region=am&h_tool=fulfil

I hope that this helps you.
