I'm looking for a guide or manual for a kvm switch. It's by GWC and
the model is ks-102. I lost the one that came with the device and I
would like to know how to use the hotkey feature.

Depress the "Control" key on your keyboard "two times" quickly to make
the switching occur.

I tried that and it doesn't seem to work. Could it cause cause I'm
using a wireless keyboard?
