I'm looking for the name of a dirty country/folk music group from the
80's.  They were two guys, and their songs were mostly about sex. I
remember one that went "I'll be jackin' off, committin' pencide". 
They also had a metaphorically suggestive song about candy bars.

I remember that they were introduced as "the sultans of smut" and I
think their names were "BLANK and McDonald".

This is a 15 year mystery.  My friends and I all had copies of this
tape in the 7th grade, but we never knew who the artists were. 
Recently the splinter was put into my mind by an old friend, and I
really want to know the answer now with the advent of the net.

The raunchy duo you remember are ?Bird and MacDonald? who, as a
novelty act, gained their first small measure of fame in large part
due to the Dr. Demento radio show. One of their songs ?The Candy
Wrapper? (the one you recalled) was so disturbing that it even rated
the largest FCC radio fine of it?s time (thanks to KGB in San Diego
and also Dave Pratt of KUPD in Arizona who locked himself in the
studio and played "Candy Wrapper" 99 times in a row).
