The answer would depend on what email client you are using.

If you have all your saved email in Outlook, you can export your email
in .pst format and burn the .pst file on the CD.

The procedure to export the email is described at
http://infocenter.guardiandigital.com/manuals/SecureMail/node127.html

The import process is very similar and is described step by step at:
http://domino.lancs.ac.uk/pub/usghelpdesk.nsf/0/EC5169A9A63BB46980256C0C003FD4BF?OpenDocument

Please clarify if you are using any other email client. The set of
files you need to burn on the CD, to keep all you mail intact, will
differ for different mail clients.

Am using Mozilla browser that opens Google page. From there I use
Google Mail icon to open, save, write, mail
