I am the webmaster for a number of youth sports and school
organizations. The question of posting a minor's name, without their
parent's written consent keeps coming up. Is there a legal
restriction on using a minor's name on the internet which differs from
using a minor's name in a hardcopy publication such as the local paper
or the school newsletter?
Answer
There is no answer at this time.
