noticed theres a security lock feature but i cant find anywhere to

im using windows xp, connecting using a usb port

To enable the security lock function you must first run the program
from the cd. (See page 7)

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate a download for the software cd. 

My suggestion is to contact Epson Technical Support.
