I am interested in starting an online store targeted to people looking
for carnival necessities.  I am originally from the Caribbean island
of Trinidad, which is the mother of all Carnival parades in the
Caribbean.  There are also several Carnival parades in different
states within the U.S.   People who take part in the carnival parades
(masqueraders) are usually searching for certain necessities to
decorate their costumes and basic conveniences .  These necessities
include women hosiery,body glitter, body jewelry and several
conveniences such as water
bottles, waist pouches, disposable cameras etc.   I would like to
create an online store that people can visit to purchase everything
they will need for a carnival parade.  I am looking for some advice on
what type of licenses I will need to purchase various items wholesale
and resell, also any other advice that may be helpful to my venture.
