I am looking for car name, date of competition and sanctioning organization
for all formally sanctioned Championships or races open to both battery
powered and gasoline powered cars where an electric car won other than
those won by ProEV's Electric Imp (www.ProEV.com).

A car winning it's class should not be included unless the class is open to
both gas and electric cars.

I consider the electric car 'Jamais Contente' setting the World Speed record
in 1899 to be a record, not a race or Championship.
