Dear tnsdan-ga,
The quotes posted by PB seem to have originated from one source:
The Experts Speak : The Definitive Compendium of Authoritative
Misinformation by Victor S Navasky, Christopher Cerf. Looking at the
book, the editors seem to have made every effort to source each quote.
Some of them are posted on this web page (about 50, although I haven?t
counted them)

You can read some more from the book by going to Amazon and using the
?search inside? feature. Go the index of the book, select a name or
topic and then search on the name and you will find the quote (you
have to register to carry out this last part of the exercise. Or, of
course, buy the book).

I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is
unclear, then please ask for clarification of this research before
rating the answer. I shall respond to the clarification request as
soon as I receive it.
Thank you
