I have original illustration from National Lampoon July '72 article "The way to become the masculine he-man". Illustration credited to Vincent Calabrese. The back of the drawing lists his address as Briarwood NY. Is this the same artist that is now a master watch/clock maker? I have not found any biographical info on him prior to 1977. If it is, How can I authenticate this? Is there an appraisel service that specializes in this type of work? |

Vicent Calabrese is a watchmaker in Switzerland, so I doubt it is the same person. But if it's a nice piece of National Lampoon art, it could be worth a couple of hundred dollars. You can auction it off on eBay or contact http://comics.heritagegalleries.com/ to auction it off for you. |
