I would first ask what is the purpose in your search?

Are you looking to fill an open job opportunity?
Do you need a marketing consultant?

Your question is very general and, if you would specify the purpose in
your search, someone may be able to help you more effectively.

That being said, it sounds like Craigslist.com might be a website that
could fit your needs.

You might try posting on some of the freelance boards, such as guru.com.
