how to stretch a wet canvas for a manual scissor type deck oven
loader.  Specifically, after washing in cold water and need to stretch
back to original length whithout damaging said canvas in the process. 
continuous loop design, with perpendicular nut and bolt through gromet
atachment to other end of canvas, coming about 8 inches short of
needed length.
