I am a F-1 and my husband is a US citizen. I am applying for
marriage-based immigration and have several questions regarding
filling the I-485 package forms and hopefully you can help.

1. Do we have to submit I-693 with the I-485/I-130 package? Or we can
wait until it is proved and notification is received?

2.on I-765,there is one item saying:Have you ever before applied for
employment authorization from INS? I only did CPT through school's iso
and they mark the authorization on i-20.But I thought only OPT
requires authorization from INS, am I right? Should I submit the I-20
with working experience with I-765 then?

3.Are RA/TA(Research assistant,Teaching assistant) position at school
be counted as employment and need to be filled out in G-324A?

4.I am about to submit the package in January but the form are finised
in December 2005, should I submit the tax return from up to 2005, or
up to 2004 is OK?

5.I-131,for AP.there is one item saying" Class of admission",what
should I put? Is that immigration status such as F-1?

6.For I-864,affidavit support. How many pay stub do we need to provide?
