Can I successfully file transfer an application (such as Filemaker
Pro) from one Windows XP Professional computer to a replacement XP
Home computer using the XP Trasfer Wizard.

If the program you are trying to transfer is not a for-sale product
(i.e. freeware) then the transfer prgm will not allow you because it
would see it as copy-write infringemnet.  However, if it is not
purchasable software, you should be able to transfer it unhindered to
your other windows xp computer.
