How can I purchase Chicago Bears Playoff tickets, even though they are
restricted to purchase by residents of Illinois and Indiana? They go
on sale tomorrow (1/3) at 10am CST through ticketmaster.com.  I don't
want to pay more than face value.  Thanks!

Some people may be willing to sell them on ebay, maybe check for postings there? 

Then there are the more unorthadox methods such as finding someone who
lives in those 2 mentioned states via whatever way you can and getting
them to buy the tickets for you.
