It is a greenish (bronze ) statue  of a man riding waves. The man
appears to be upside down as he rides the waves. His right hand is
outstretched in front of him and his fist touches the top of the
pedistal which appears to be 3'x3' concrete square. His left hand is
along side his body behind him. The statue sits by the water near a
dock. there is maby a cruise boat or restaurant near the dock. It is
maby in a nordic country such as Denmark, Who made the statue and what
does it signify?
