German newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine" reported on November 5, 2005
that Permira (permira.com) wants to sell the car supplier Kiekert
(kiekert.de). It is said that the Frankfurt based investment-boutique
Drueker & Co was assigned to prepare the deal.

I am looking for details on who will be the buyer or more details on the issue

There were rumors on a sale in 2002 or 2003, they are NOT part of this question
