What is the demand for concierge services, and for concierge services training?

How has that changed in recent years? What information exists about
people setting up, or wanting to set up, a concierge service?

What training services exist, especially in open or distance learning,
and self-study? 

I'm interested mainly in the US and UK; plus other western English-speaking nations.
