Thanks for your clarification. Here is my collective answer, as you requested.

That dean of the Missouri School of Journalism is the aptly
named Dean Mills, whose bio is on the School's website, linked here:

Missouri School of Journalism: Dean Mills
http://www.journalism.missouri.edu/faculty-staff/millsr.html

Dean Mills's contact information is at the page linked above, but here
it is for your convenience:

Phone: 573-882-6686
Fax: 573-882-5400
E-mail: millsr@missouri.edu

And, here is a link to the home page of the website of the Missouri
School of Journalism:

Missouri School of Journalism
http://www.journalism.missouri.edu/

Nicholas Lemann is the Dean of the Columbia Graduate School of
Journalism. Here is a link to biographical information on him that
was written at the time of his appointment:

Columbia Spectator: 4/16/03
http://www.columbiaspectator.com/vnews/display.v/ART/2003/04/16/3e9d13800b2b0

Dean Lemann's email address is:
nick@jrn.columbia.edu <nick@jrn.columbia.edu>

And, here is a link to the School's website, to aid in your further exploration:

Columbia Graduate School of Journalism
http://www.jrn.columbia.edu/

Search Strategy:

First I visited the websites of the two schools after finding them
with this Google search:

journalism school "columbia OR missouri"
://www.google.com/search?num=30&hl=en&q=journalism+school+columbia+OR++missouri&spell=1

After I found the names of the deans at those sites, I used other
Google searches to assure myself that the schools did not also have
"presidents."

I was happy to help, as always, and, if anything is unclear, please
ask for clarification before rating the answer.

Unless I am missing something that is right under my nose, the
Missouri School of Journalism, as a unit of the University of
Missouri, has a dean, but not a president. That dean is the aptly
named Dean Mills, whose bio is on the School's website, linked here:

If you have reason to believe that the School also has a president,
let me know and I will be duly embarrassed. Otherwise, I would be
happy to post my information as an answer.
