That Full Sail website isn't very helpful in answering this question,
is it! Despite that, I have heard great things about their education
program.

Here's what I was able to find out for you:

Gary Hicks is the President of Full Sail
Isis Jones is CIO/Executive Director of Education
Ashley Hicks is Executive Assistant to the Director of Education
Debbie Mills is Education Administrator/Director of Student Affairs
Nikki Stransky is Administrative Assistant to the Director of Student
Affairs

Phone number for the Full Sail 24 hour information desk is (800)
226-7625 or (407) 679-0100

This is from the Full Sail 2002 Student Manual. My source (to the
information in the manual) is a student/friend who attends Full Sail.
When I searched both the Full Sail site and Peterson's Guides, the
only information I could find was the Admissions person, so I
contacted my friend who started there in March. If you would like
information from a student attending Full Sail, feel free to let me
know how he could contact you. I'm sure he'd be willing to answer any
questions you might have from a student perspective. (I'm assuming
you're interested in attending?)
