I'm after a tutorial styled series of videos that show how to use it,
and how to get the best price available. Often there are items which
have no reserve or the same item is listed multiple times etc... for a
newbie they may not find the very best price.

im rather puzzled by what you mean free scren cam videos?? 
what sort of videos?? 
well when i use ebay i always feedback, lowest starting prices etc..
and go from there..
there is not really a way to find the best bargins its all down to whos bidding.

If that item had expired, put ebay and video on the same line of a buy
search engine in ebay.  That's how I found your answer.  :)
