I have three-part question that relates to online gambling / lottery field.

I?m looking for the following information:
 
(a) Growth of online gambling websites mainly in their first years of
operation with focus on the growth of registered users. I?d like to
get as much case studies and data as possible on existing gambling
websites.

(b) Statistical data regarding the traffic within the top online
gambling websites (no. of registered users, no. of hits, average
spending, transactions, ratio between hits and spending, etc.).

(c) List of Internet marketing companies that expert in the field of
online gambling / lottery. The list should include updated data as
follows:
1.	Rating (results, volume, brand)
2.	Pricing
3.	Major customers
4.   Website & contacts
Especially I?m looking for companies that specialized in bringing
focused traffic, that can expose a new website to hundreds of
thousands of potential costumers quickly.

I've published this question a week ago and there hasn't been any
reference so far. I'd like to know if there is any problem with the
formulation, content, or scope of the question. need this info as soon
as possible. I will be happy to get details even regarding some of the
questions asked.

You've asked why the question hasn't been answered. I think the
problem might be that you've asked three questions on one posting,
instead of three separate ones. Let's say that I am an expert in
finding good Internet markeing companies for your requirements, but I
have only average knowledge on finding an answer to (a): I can't
answer it, but so can't my buddy, who knows the opposite: has the
answer to (a) but thinks that (c) is a daunting task.
