Real Vegas Online http://www.realvegasonline.biz/index2.html In the site, I had deposit $500 credit for playing games in 12/29/05. After I deposit my money for the site, when I start game windows. It shows coupon code on the screen. I redeemed the code and I got $800 for the bonus. It makes my total credit $1,300 for the game. I doubt the casino would be this nice. I check the coupon policy which the link does not clear show on the game window. It says "*Minimum 30 times wagering of deposit & bonus" The link is http://www.realvegasonline.com/promotions2.asp I don't get this mean at first, but I decide not to play in the site so I request withdraw my $500 to my account. The transaction has been denied in 1/1/06. I called the representative for refund my money for the account. Phone number is 1-800-824-3175. The representative say since I redeem the coupon, I have to wager 30 times of deposit and bonus before I can withdraw any money which means I have to wage my $500 original deposit plus $800 bonus deposit times 30 equals $39,000 before I can withdraw my money. It makes me feel kind of impossible to meet the requirement. I said I have not play any penny for games. I just want to refund my initial money and void my bonus. He say that is impossible and it is not going to change. He force me to play games and hang up the phone. The representative is mean. I am forced to play the games to get my money back. After the phone call, I tried if I can meet the requirement to get my money back. I play small around 5 to 15 dollar for my every bet, but the odd to win is less than 30 %. Even the game "war" (the game bet who gets bigger number card wins) , I place the same bet every game. It still keep me losing money. Until now, I only got $20 left in the game credit, and I am only waging around $6,250. It is still too far away for the requirement 39,000. I give up to get my money back, but I am still wondering whether it is legal that "Real Vegas Online" can decline my refund request when I have not start to play any money in my account? I think it is scam. Other people would have the same situation happened too. The games they provide that the odd is totally unfair. I just want to get some inputs for the situation and hope no more people be cheated for the site. Sincerely Roye | |

Unless you are very wealthy and enjoy trying risky ventures, I cannot even figure out a reason why someone would send $500 to a company they know nothing about to play a game that they don't understand. |

I've read the full terms and conditions attached to the use of the bonus code. I am not an attorney, but it seems to me that the site is holding you responsible to the terms and conditions to which you agreed when you redeemed the bonus. You apparently failed to inform yourself of those terms and conditions, but that does not mean that you are not bound by them. |

Hi, I also use Royal Vegas, but only in the "Play for Fun Mode" I read their terms and conditions on playing for real money and decided that it wasn't for me. Kind regards Ross (Australia} |

Their terms and conditions aren't nescessarily legally binding.Any establishment can put a sign up saying "Not responsible for damages"or something to that effect but a court may see it differently.I hope you learned your lesson. |

Those are two different sites. The first one (http://www.realvegasonline.biz/index2.html ) states that it is owned and operated by a company in Belize. The second one (http://www.realvegasonline.com/promotions2.asp ) states that it is owned and operated by a company in Cyprus. Which one did you make the deposit with? Also, it looks like to me that you have make 30 wagers, not 30 times the amount of your deposit. But that was reading a little bit at the second one. Since you played, you may be able to get your money back now. |

Re:clevegal42-ga Thank you for your comment first. I check my account again that I open account from http://www.realvegasonline.com I have already put my last $ 20 withdrawal request.I have already loss $480 from the site. The reason I am not sure whether they allow me to withdraw this money because I was clearly hear from their representative that I need to wager $39,000 which is (500 deposit + 800 bonus)x30. So it made me feel so bad. I will know about my withdrawal result on next two days. I will post the result once I know about it. |
