First of all, this is not a homework, and I am talking about this
country USA. I think this should be obvious. Thanks. Lokita-ga.

Lokita,

Please don't take the question about "which country" in the wrong way.
It is never obvious what country is being discussed. Unless we ask,
there's no way for any of us to tell your nationality, or what country
you're likely to be interested in discussing. Google Answers is an
international service whose customers and researchers come from all
over the globe. Google Answers Researchers do not have access to your
personal profile, so all we know about you is your username, not your
location.

I'm sorry. It was my fault. I did not realize that Google is an
international service. I assumed that it was here in USA, and your are
right. I apologize. Lokita-ga.

No apology is necessary. I just wanted you to know why we might ask
for information such as geographic limits for a question.

Not long ago, I answered a question in which the customer was wanting
to purchase a razor from a company that did not test on animals. I
found a number of options, posted my answer, and then the bombshell
came: the customer lived in Slovakia. Had I known this, of course, my
approach to the question would have been very different.

Hi, Lokita

I asked 'Which country?' because I could have advised you about the
UK, where I live, but not the US, which I had assumed to be more
likely.

Sorry!
