Australia year 1984-1985 approx. I do know there was a judgement
against one of the directors of the above company on fraud and was
sentanced to gail for approx 5 years can you get me a copy of case or

Kinloch Pty Ltd was owned by two partners one Bob Broadly and another
guy that was found guilty of fraud and sentenced to jail the fraud was
to do with selling isurance.Kinloch was a insurance BROKER in St Kilda
Victoria with several people working for them

joeleon-ga, Dr Kinloch has nothing to do with Kinlock insurances Pty
Ltd a insurance broker that was in St Kilda Melbourne.I am trying to
trace if there was ajudgement on this company or it may be that it was
only a partnership business name, I was informed that Bob Broadley was
a partner.I hope to have another name tomorrow.

Bob Broadley + Associates is only one part of what I am looking
for.Who are the directors of Bob Broadley and Associates and was Bob
Broadley a partner in Kinlock Pty Ltd or Kinlock insurances Pty Ltd I
wanted to see if Kinlock or its partners or owners were in court for
improper reasons on or around the 1980's.Origionally I was told
Kinlock acted and traded as an insurance broker trading in St Kilda
Melbourne Australia(weather the trading or company name was registered
at St Kilda Or another address I do not know)and one of the partners
of Kinlock was convicted of fraud or a partner of Bob Broadley's was
convicted of fraud in or around 1985 can you a)check and see if
KINLOCK or any partners have attended or defended themselves in court
in Victoria or NSW. I know Bob Broadley was defendent in the supeme
court of Vic on 15/11/1994

diretors and if they ever had to defend or had a judgement against

were involved.
I have also searched for employees of the
Crown Insurance Group

to see if someone of that company had to defend on a judgement and I
can't find any. If you continue giving me data, I will continue
researching, but please, bear in mind your data could be a rumour and
may not exist or the answer to your question is no, they weren't
involved on a judgement. In that case, let me answer your question
