Hello,

I need an easy and preferably free way to create a small windows
installation file that adds two lines to the windows registry and a
website shortcut to the desktop.

I know I can create a .reg file, but most people aren't as familiar
with it as they are with .exe files and would be more hesitant to
install them.

Ideally it would create a program that could very easily be installed
online from a website.
