Each of these companies contains pure engineering design groups. I
also did a quick search of their online job listings to confirm that
mech/elec/process/piping engineers were positions looking to be
filled, to help omit companies that simply designed the
building/frames/site of industrial and manufacturing facilities.
Lastly, I determined ?coast? states by those states touching the
Pacific and Atlantic Oceans ? entries are listed organized by coast,
then state, then city. Internet links are to the company?s main site,
and if available, the page that documents the design services (unless
the page that documents disciplines/services is the home page).
Please note that as most of these companies conduct international
business, most have branches across the US and the world; however,
only their headquarters are listed in the location associated with
each entry.
