Please provide documentation from review articles or hospital policy
manuals or from any federal guidelines, state laws, or federal laws
answering the questions:  if a patient is in the recovery room (post
anesthesia care unit), but care has already been accepted by the
surgical icu, who is responsible for the patient if he codes?
