Interesting title so I looked around.. so far no luck.

A quick internet search found the name Nan McHalek Creel see:

Would you be able to provide any additional information on this
cookbook? Is it recent? Approx. what market/ country was it available
in?

I think it is out of print.  Some recipes were in The Cowboy Cookbook
publishedby Lone Pine Publishing,  Edmonton Alberta Canada.
