I have the first name of the person, I need to know the last name.
And, they will not tell me their last name. It is regarding a serious
health issue.

chiara1234-ga:

The simplest and easiest way to reach that person would be to call the
phone number that you have. T-Mobile, like the other mobile phone
service providers, do not provide a reverse directory service. They
would most likely provide the customer's information as part of a
criminal investigation with a court order, but short of that they
cannot divulge customer data without the permission of the customer.
So, just call the number that you have, and ask them for their name.

That was a bit too obvious but thanks. Perhaps, I did not phrase my
question correctly. I need to know the last name of the person and
they will not tell me.

Here is a service for $80 if you really want to know their name. If
they don't find the name, there is no charge.
