I am looking for a book about India, but have not been able to find it
on Amazon or anywhere else.  I believe that the book is called "The
Twelfth Wife" or something similar.  I would like to know the name,
author, publisher, and whether and where I can get a copy.

Yes - that's it.  I must have had the title wrong.  I'll consider it
answered with no more info, but I think you have to post an actual
answer in order for the payment to go through (?).  Very much

I'm pleased to have been able to help you find your book. As mentioned
above, the title is "The Twentieth Wife," so you were on the right
track with "The Twelfth Wife." Just a few more wives were required.

My search strategy: Although I have not read the book, I had read a
review of it, and I remembered the title. Since the description on the
Amazon site sounded right, I was fairly confident that this was the
book you need.
