I want to find the percentage of elected officials who are not
affiliated with the Democratic or Republican Party.  I need this
number for the the national level and a separate number for Governor's
of states, as well as, individual state legislatures and houses. 
Basically a breakdown of each house and senate for each state. 
Ideally you could give me something as follows:
U.S. Senate: D:? R:? Other:?

If you can provide an aggregate number that includes all elected
officials serving at any level of government in the U.S. I will
provide a bonus as this number would be great to have, I just doubt it
exists due to the size of the sample...of course, I have always been
amazed by what you researchers find, so who knows! :)
