I would love to have this PDF book
http://homepage.mac.com/markwatson314/lovinglisp.zip available on my
site http://www.authorama.com . As it's published under the Creative
Commons license I would like to know what I would have to pay so
someone could convert this into HTML. The HTML should be super-simple
XHTML with no styles or images. Just <h1>, and <h2>, and <p>, and <br
/>, <strong> (bold), and <pre>, and the characters <, > and & need to
converted. The
final table must not be converted, neither any page numbering. I will
add styling, minor corrections, as well as images myself. Thanks for
letting me know.

I need a good, simple, working conversion. I tried to save as HTML,
which did create an HTML file, but not at all in the form I want to
have it (described above). Thanks though, I will try your tools too. I
don't think that's it though.

j_philipp-ga:

Why not contact the author for the HTML version, describing how you
want to use it? His contact information is at
