I am getting ready to graduate from a North Carolina cosmetology
school in the spring. I also have a B.A. in Theatre Arts.  I would
like to move to London,
England and work as a stylist there, but I understand that the
qualifications and educational requirements are completely different.
In addition, I understand that the Board of Cosmetic Arts is state
run, not federal.
What would I need to do to transfer my licensure and get a work visa
in the UK or EU?
Also, who would I need to contact?
